Local Pickup or NEGOTIATED delivery meet in Chicagoland and Northern Illinois area possible.  PRIOR negotiation for DELIVERY OR MEET otherwise local pick up only.  Will not risk shipping this vintage heavy cast iron lathe!  This is a very nice vintage original ATLAS 7122 Woodworking LATHE. (CRAFTSMAN Motor)  It has been stored for many years after the original owner was unable to use it.  He has passed away and the nice lathe needs a woodworker home.   The gentleman was retired and a hobby woodworker many years ago.  The family said the lathe has not been in use for at least 20 years.  They do not know if he purchased it new but it was in the family since for at least 40 years.  It was direct wired into a standard house current shop box so the motor has no plug but worked well before disconnection  See pic of the tag on the CRAFTSMAN motor for specifics.  The Lathe has no belt.  The tool rest is 12 inches long.  The tail stock and tool rest are smooth and in good condition.  Handles, knobs and hold downs all function well.   No bench is included as he had it mounted to a long shopbuilt in bench with the motor attached down below. It includes everything in the pics. THERE ARE NO OTHER ITEMS THAN SHOWN.    I am NOT a lathe person but I believe the items are all for the lathe EXCEPT the JACOBS 33 6a 1/2 chuck which was in with the other items with the lathe and is included.  The other tools fit in the tailstock.  Ask me if there is something I can check to help you determine specifics.   I know old drill presses and table saws from the same era and this lathe is in really nice vintage condition as far as appearance, fit, smoothness of sliding parts and tightening. Original paperwork for the ATLAS 7122 also included.   Lots of good pics for you but let me know what else you would like me to check on.   No reserve and it needs a woodworker shop!
