Works with no problems - smooth operation. Surface rust and use wear. The anvil area (which is not an anvil area) is a bit beat up as is the top surface of the end of the bar. Weighs 56 pounds. The filled in underside hole in picture #8 is interesting as the body seems to be the same as Athol Machine Vise # 32 which was a quick adjust model (lift the jaw and place it where you want it). The hole is where the bolt held the half-pipe nut in place for the ploppable main screw. The lettering/company name format probably gives clues to the date of manufacture. I guess 1920s. I think the 111 marks on both halves mean they match up. Any questions, please ask and thanks for looking!
