Unit does not have a manufacturer stamped on part, but it is made by Astro & Buchanan. Tool works fine, but we are selling this AS IS/FOR PARTS because the positioner is held in place by Locktite, as well as the fact that the tool is not stamped. Unit passed our Go-NoGo test.
