IT IS A TESTED WORKING UNIT. I PLUGGED THE UNIT IN AND TURNED IT ON. IT RUNS NICE AND STRONG. YOU CAN FEEL THE VACUUM ON THE INSIDE WITH THE RED VALVE CLOSED, IT PRESSURIZES THE SYSTEM UP TO ABOUT 550 ON THE GAUGE AND THEN IT STOPS. THEN WHEN YOU OPEN THE VALVE UP, IT STARTS RUNNING AGAIN AND WORKS FINE. IT HAS MINOR SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES ON THE UNIT FROM NORMAL USE.
