Since we do operate a retail facility, all items are subject to prior sale. We try very hard to remove the sold items from our listings as soon as they are sold, but again, we are human and sometimes do make mistakes. We sell a LOT of glassware and are very careful about the packaging of it. We use a LOT of bubble wrap.
