Antique Leveling Instrument Of Starke & Kammerer In Original Wooden Case

Very rare from the late 19th - early 20th century Austrian lacquered brass and bronzed leveling instrument, of length 13 1/4" (34 cm) and over graduated bubble level with mirror - length 5" (12,5 cm). The outer glass on top is broken at one side. Screws on the rear bracket are missing. From below, V-shaped are located 2 small bubble level. The telescope has a triangular stand with three adjustable screw feet. Surveying instrument comes with an original wooden box with brass carrying handle, 2 large hooks to close the lid, and a sheet of instructions for "Nivellier-Instrument Nr. 11049" applied. Dimensions of appliance: 13 1/4" x 9 1/4" (34.5 cm. x 24 cm.). Dimensions of the box: 15" x 10" x 7" (38 cm. x 26 cm. x 8 cm.). Preserved in very good condition for the age!
