This item was used in my brother's restaurant - it cooks and holds heat.  It was working when we removed it and seems to be in fair condition.  He used it to slow cook ribs over night  -yum!!  It was also good at keeping food hot until he needed it.  Price is very fair given the cost of a new one or even other used ones for sale. It is for local pick-up or buyer pays for shipping.
