PLEASE READ PAYMENT POLICY BELOW BEFORE BUYING ITEM: Up for sale: Alto Shaam Combitherm boilerless combi steamer oven model 7.14 electric. This is the knob controller and not the push bottons. Oven is in good condition. Pictures show the oven without cleaning. Comes with Alto-shaam stand & wash caddy. Comes only with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it. Specifications are taken from manufacturer and off the unit itself and may vary slightly due to upgrades, options, or revisions this unit may or may not have. We prefer if you arrange for your own freight shipping. However, if you want us to help you find a competitive freight rate, you need you to e-mail us all of the following information so we can send you a "Freight Quote": 1. your shipping address 2. the type of address you have (i.e. residential or commercial) 3. whether or not you need a lift-gate delivery truck 4. whether or not you want to insure shipment (will cost $40 for a value up to $10,000). If you don't request it, we will assume you don't want it. Keep in mind that $45 palletization & packaging fee will be added to freight cost for all standard shipments that uses up to 48"x48" pallet sizes. For over-sized items that require custom-built pallets, it will be $75. Warranties and Refund: Returns accepted within 14 days from the day you receive the item (not from the day you open the package). Please keep in mind that in order to refund your money, you must follow the process below: a) The buyer should contact us by e-mail before the expiration date of the return policy, notifying us about his/her intention to return the item b) The buyer is responsible for packing, shipping, and insurance costs for returns to the seller’s address. c) Items must be returned in their original pre-sale condition. d) Items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped or crated must be returned in the same manner. e) The seller will issue the refund once the item is received at the seller's address and inspected. The refund will include the item purchase price ONLY and will NOT include any shipping or handling charges to and from seller’s address. Payment Policy: (PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING) Any item that is listed for $2000 or less should be paid using Paypal. Payment must be received by the seller within 48 hours after the sale of the item. If you wish to pay by check or another form of payment, please contact the seller prior to purchasing the item. For items listed over $2000, we do not accept Paypal or credit cards. Full payment for the item must be received by the seller within 5 days of purchasing the item.
