Alto Shaam 750 TH II Capacity – 100 pounds (45kg), 10 full-size/GN pans. Stacking – Options available to maximize your kitchen floor space. Cooks by time – Set your desired cook time and the Cook & Hold takes over from there, automatically switching to hold mode when cooking time is up. Simple manual controls – Manual dials are the most straightforward approach for time and temperature settings. The 750-TH/II features these simple manual controls. Moves where it’s needed – The standard casters allow the Cook & Hold to be easily moved wherever it’s needed. Heavy-duty construction – Strong steel framing and construction, superior insulation, and heavy gauge stainless steel keep this oven working hard for years. This used Alto Shaam 750 TH-II cook and hold is in good cosmetic and working condition. Featuring Halo Heat, a controlled, uniform heat source that maintains close temperature tolerances throughout the cooking and holding function. Offers uniform and consistent cooking on a daily basis, low shrinkage of bulk or portion-cut protein items, higher food moisture content, and significantly longer holding life. Cooks, roasts, re-heats, and holds in the same cabinet with set-and-forget controls to provide a better distribution of work loads. Cooks by time and automatically converts from cook mode to hold mode. Single compartment oven with 20 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel exterior and door with magnetic door latch. Oven is equipped with two stainless steel side racks with eleven pan positions spaced on 1-3/8" (35mm) centers. Oven control features an ON/OFF switch; one cook thermostat, 100° to 325°F (38° to 163°C); one hold thermostat 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C); and one twelve-hour timer. Control includes one cooking indicator light and one holding indicator light. Electrical Specifications: 1 phase - 120V Free shipping is to a commercial address only with a loading dock or fork lift to unload the truck. If you need a lift gate to lower the pallet to the ground level there will be an additional $85 fee for this service. Local Pickup is an option on this and is preferred. There will be a discount in the price for a local pickup due to my savings on purchasing a pallet and freight costs.
