Up for auction is this Alto-Shaam 500-1DN warming drawer, which was manufactured in 2010.  These units retail at $1,150. Although I cannot say FOR SURE (because I have not owned the machine it's entire life), but my understanding is that this machine has never been used.  I do not see any evidence to the contrary to believe that this wouldn't be true (look at the pictures - the inside is absolutely immaculate!).  It was purchased for a franchise which was forced to move their restaurant before they were able to open it, and corporate policy dictates that you cannot move food equipment from one franchise location to the other.  THEIR LOSS - YOUR GAIN I GUESS! It runs on 220v power, and is built to last as is all top-of-the-line commercial/restaurant kitchen equipment. As mentioned in the "condition" area - there are some noticeable abrasions & scratches on the front instrument panel and front drawer face - presumably from storing/transporting the warmer.  It appears as if someone may have wiped it down with a harsh abrasive at some point.  Although these issues are apparent, they are cosmetic and do not effect the use of the warmer. Features Halo Heat - a controlled uniform heat that gently cooks, holds and surrounds foods for low shrinkage, higher food moisture content and longer holding life Product moisture is retained without adding water Stainless steel exterior Adjustable thermostat 60 - 200 degrees F Each drawer holds one 12" x 20" x 6" deep pan  20 pound food capacity drawer NSF Dimensions - 11 5/8" X 16 11/16" X 31 3/16" Shipping Weight: 75 lbs
