The flexible and easy-to-use MC_Stimulus program allows the creation of complex stimulus waveforms (both current and voltage). Waveforms designed in the program or imported from an external file are converted by the stimulus generator into pulses, which are sent to stimulating electrodes. Stimulus isolations units (SIU) for each channel are already integrated in the compact instrument, greatly reducing the costs. Stimulation and recording can be synchronized with digital trigger signals (TTL) sent from the Sync Out output of the stimulus generator to the data acquisition system. Stimulus generators are available for simultaneous stimulation on up to 8 channels.
