The shipping costs shown for each piece of advertised equipment are reasonable estimates. An exact, final shipping cost will be determined and quoted to the customer once he or she demonstrates a serious commitment to completing a purchase. If a buyer receives a fully functional piece of equipment, and then decides to return it for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The buyer will also ensure that the item is securely packaged prior to shipment. If an item arrives in a non-functional condition, or if it breaks or ceases to work during the first 30 days of regular use, it may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price and shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping cost! Again, items must be securely packaged prior to shipment. Local pickups at our Henderson / NEVADA facility are more than welcome. Damaged Standard Shipments: If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before and after opening your package to document the extent of the damage, or even video the unwrapping if you prefer. The damage claim will require pictures of different angles of the box before opening, and the damaged product after opening. Please contact us immediately, giving us your order number found on the top of your sales receipt or invoice, and your images of the damage, and we will begin the claims process. International Shipments do not include confirmation or insurance. International customers are responsible for all duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically in the late evening once your shipment has left our facility. Payment Terms Shipping Terms Cancellation & Return 1) PayPal: We accept PayPal from all verified accounts world wide. 2) Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments through PayPal only. 3) Checkout: All US buyers should follow eBay checkout process to receive the proper invoice. Note: We don't ship on buyer's account and buyer must pay actual shipping and handling to the desired destination as quoted. Also we don't ship to APO, FPO and Military Bases. A physical address is required from all buyers. 4) Combined Shipment: Combined shipment is accepted if the items are small and can be combined. Buyer should contact us to know about restrictions if combine shipment is your concern. 5) Rush Delivery: Due to high volume of shipping and other restrictions, any request for faster shipping and delivery must be received before making an offer on any item. 1) Cancellation: If you change your mind for any reasons like making a wrong offer, emergency cases, incompatibility issues etc., you will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of listing on eBay, labor and devaluation upon mutual agreement for returning the item and a positive feedback should be left before we cancel the auction through eBay. Note: Calibration, Software upgrade, cost of accessories, batteries, BIOS upgrades, licenses etc. are not covered by our warranty. 2) Freight Damages: If the package you have received has been damaged during shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling, moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier and request them to inspect the package. 3) AS-IS items: Sales is final for auctions that are sold on "AS-IS" basis for parts and repair purposes. Buyer takes full responsibility of purchasing an "AS-IS" item according to eBay policies and no complaints, returns or refunds will be accepted. 4) Pickup: Is not available unless it is mentioned in the description area. A handling fee will be applied for any local pickup and we only accept Cash or Cashier's check for pickup orders. Customer should contact us in advance to schedule for a pickup.
