The base station powers up, push buttons are working and the measuring parameters can be changed. The LCD screen is broken and the bottom half of the screen does not show the correct picture. A signal of 500 MHz was injected to the input and the picture appears on the LCD screen. The base station test set was powered with external 24 volts power supply (not included). Sold AS-IS for parts or repair.
