THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT CAME FROM A STATE GOV AUCTION. IT WAS DISASSEMBLED, CLEANED, LUBED AND REASSEMBLED AS SEEN. IT IS ADJUSTABLE BOTH IN HEIGHT AND ANGLE. HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT IS +- 1" FOR A CENTER BETWEEN 5 1/2" TO 6 1/2". THERE IS A REMOVEABLE 2 1/8" ADDED STEEL BLOCK ADDED TO THE BOTTOM MAKING THE CENTER 7 5/8" TO 8 5/8".
