The 4 swiveling wheels give this mobile blueprint rack an easy mobility-- push it from room to room, then lock the 2 front wheels to hold it still where you want it. Hanging File Storage For quick access hanging blueprint storage, just clamp your files into hanging paper clamps and drop them into the top bracket. The bracket accommodates 12 clamps, and can be adjusted to fit paper clamps 24, 30, or 36 inches long. (Only one size of hanging clamp can be placed into this mobile blueprint stand at a time.) This hanging file rack is adjustable, the length can be adjusted from 27-47 inches, the height from 32-57 inches. The width is fixed at 15 inches.
