The operation of the items is the customer’s sole responsibility, and he/she must have the professional skills to safely operate them. We reserve the right to refuse a return based on customer not fully understanding the item description and the proper way of operation or changing his/her mind. If you feel that you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging materials and notify us ASAP. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact us to make a request for one. Returned items must be received within 7 days of the RMA date or the case will not be honored. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on all items, freight and insurance. If a replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without prior approval. Return Shipment: All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped including all accessories attached. For claims, it is required that all original packaging materials be retained and returned with the defective product. Additionally, upon the receipt of the unit, we will fully examine the item in question, inspect its condition and verify the serial number(s). Additionally, if it is evident that the item was damaged due to improper installation/use, we reserve the right to refuse refund. All return shipments should be properly insured. We will not honor claims for any items which were uninsured and damaged during return shipment. Rates: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Rates include handling, packaging materials, label processing, actual shipment, tracking information and insurance. Shipping rates are also based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) and your location. You always have the opportunity to pick up the items from our warehouse in Hayward, California. Processing Time: Once payment has cleared, we make every effort to ship the item within 3 business day typically within 2 days.
