Retrofit Lid Adaptor for Crouse-Hinds® Champ® Series fixtures (VMV, VMVIG, nVMV, LMV, DMV, DMVIG, N2MV and others). Fits all standard covers including Pendant, Ceiling, Wall and Stanchion. Adaptor acts as a junction box cover and a base for another retrofit fixture (usually LED flood light). Rated NEMA 4x and suitable for Hazardous Locations installations: Class I, Div 2; Class II, Div 1. Aluminum Lid Adaptor is supplied with one or two cable glands (1/2" NPT thread is standard) and stainless steel mounting hardware (bolts and washers). Allows for installation of virtually any light fixture or accessory (up to 50lbs) on existing Champ® fixture cover. Alternatively, Lid Adaptor can be used to convert older fixture into a sealed junction box while the new fixture is installed nearby (on the wall, ceiling or under machinery). Package includes one lid adaptor plate fitted with cable gland and mounting hardware.
