9-Inch,  Flexible Fillet Knife. (you can see the flex in the 7th and 8th photos)SaniSafe Line by Dexter Russell.  Hollow Ground.  Brand New But Not Packaged.  It is stamped "factory seconds" and I bought it right at the factory.  It is a second because the person who sharpened this knife went up a little high on the blade.  You can see the grind mark in the 6th photo.  The EDGE is in PERFECT condition.  The grind mark is just a cosmetic issue.  Also, the person who electro-etched "factory seconds" on the blade left  too much liquid on the blade and it resulted in the liquid being etched on the side of the blade.  You can see it to the left of "factory seconds" in the 9th photo.  Again, its just a cosmetic issue.  The integrity of the knife is perfect.
