For sale is a used 8" diameter sputtering backing plate. Condition is used, as pictured. The backing plate has a knurled OD and a blind, threaded hole in the side. It also has a threaded stud coming out of the bottom, as seen. We can also make for you any 8" diameter target you might need, and bond it to this backing plate.
