This product is brand new and intended for leveling uneven spots or joints and smoothing rough or patched surfaces. The spiral design of the cup wheel reduces swirl marks from the grinding process. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. For returns due to defect, please provide us with photos of the defective item first.
