 New, still in original Kyocera shipping container, a quantity of 600 sidebrazed ceramic packages.  These are TO74, Kyocera part number D2770904, 20 pin (10 per side), 300 mil width, Au plated, sidebrazed ceramic packages.  The internal cavity is roughly 4mm X 5.5 mm as measured by my micrometer, but don't consider that a high resolution measurement.  These are surplus from a run we did a few years ago.  I have another 600 in an open box as well as this sealed box.  If you are interested in the additional quantity, please send me an email.  The "buy it now" price works out to $3.25 each.  These parts are guaranteed to pass a bondability test.  If you find a problem with them, return for a full refund.
