I imagine you could put these in any warming oven. Condition - used, MOST tray sections have sight discoloration,yellowing, grime, or staining which you may or may not be able to bleach out. Some sections on the bottom of the tray have discoloration or baked on coating from the warming ovens they were used in- perhapse some oven cleaner or cleanser can remove that if desired. Because they are stacked it is not uniform. I do not know if this will fade away with use/washing/bleach or you can set out individually in a sunny window to make them uniform color again?, so they may not look as pretty as new or as in the picture.
