Product Features: 57"x78" display area provides adequate space for your custom campaigns and ads. Easy to install, setup, and disassemble. Durable quality allows for longer lifespan. Adjustable telescopic pole lets you adjust the banner to your desired height. (Height adjustable between 34" and 78") Carrying case included with each unit. Turnaround time: For all orders that involve printing a banner or canvas, there is a turnaround time for us to print and install the graphics. The standard turnaround time for any order is 2 business days. This means after you place your order and send us an approved image ready for print, there is a 2 day processing time before your order can be shipped out. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase. If you need something quicker, we provide a rush processing order option for an additional charge. Please contact us via e-bay if this is something you need and we will get back to you promptly.   File Format: Fantastic Displays accepts the following file formats for artwork submission: TIFF, PDF, PSD, EPS, JPG Please note that all PSD and EPS files should be rasterized and flattened so that there are no multiple layers. If your files are very large it is recommended that you compress your file into a .zip file before uploading. Image Format: Resolution To ensure the best possible print for you, we recommend a resolution of at least 150 DPI for you image. Images with higher resolution will yield better results. Size Please make sure all submitted images files are in the actual size and dimension of the print you need. For example, if you want to print graphics for a 33” retractable banner stand, your image size should be 33” in width and 78” in height. Bleed You do not need to submit a bleed with your images. We manually print and cut each print each graphics to the exact dimensions needed for your product. Colors We prefer CMYK color profiles to yield best results. Please understand that printed images will not match up 100% with the colors you see on your monitor. We do our best to provide you with the most vibrant and true colors for your graphics. Artwork Upload: When you're ready to upload your artwork, go to the following link, fill out the quick form and hit "SEND IT". It's that easy! All California customers are subject to California State Sales Tax of 8.00% Shipping Terms Shipping and Processing The primary shipping method used by Fantastic Displays is UPS. FREE: Fantastic Displays provides free ground shipping to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. OPTIONAL: Priority shipments, along with international shipments, and those to PR, HI, and AK will incur an additional surcharge fee. Order Processing Time: We try our best to process and ship out all orders with-in 24 hours of payment, however this is not guaranteed. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will contact you through the eBay messaging system. Delivery Time: Typical transit time for shipped items range from 3 to 5 business days. If your package is returned to us due to an error on your part: wrong address provided, no forwarding information, no receptacle, or no ste/unit/apt number; you would need to pay standard UPS rates to have us reship your item. We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by UPS. You would need to contact UPS and try to resolve the matter yourself. Please note that all return shipping costs for replacements and returns are incurred by the buyer. Return & Warranty Return Policy Returns are accepted for 30 days from the Invoice date. Fantastic Displays offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee; this means if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping (This means items that were sold with free shipping would have it's actual UPS shipping rate deducted from the purchased price.) Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged On Arrival), you many return it for a replacement unit with in 30 days from the Invoice date. Replacement units will be shipped out once you obtain a RMA* (Return Authorization Number) from our returns department and ship the defective unit back to us. Again, please note that return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed. Warranty The warranty begins the day you receive your order and continues for a single 6 month period. After the 6 month period, items are no longer under warranty. Under the warranty we are limited to correcting or replacing, at our discretion, any hardware or parts that shall be returned to us. After item is shipped back, we will correct the issue and ship back the product within several business days. DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM YOURSELF; DOING SO WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. Warranty does not cover customer negligence, misuse, improper installation or accident, or have been altered by someone other than Fantastic Displays. If items in your order are missing, we can ship out the missing item using the original shipping method or issue a refund based on the missing product and shipping value.
