Finally, this microscope comes with a mercury light house centering mercury bulb 100W, with adjusting reflected lens, which reflects fluorescence illumination, B,G filter blocks, with centering view field diaphragm, and sliding filter-preventing board. Warranty services for this microscope and its accessories are offered by AmScope, where both the microscopes and accessories are warranted for five years and one year, respectively. The 40X-1500X Phase Contrast Fluorescence Inverted Microscope is an advanced and high-quality professional instrument suitable for biological laboratory applications. It boasts a color-corrected infinity optical system (CSIS), numerous brightfield & phase contrast magnification powers, and eight high-quality bright field and phase contrast objectives. The microscope also features a gemel type of trinocular head that is 45 degrees inclined, which comes with two pairs of high eye-point PLAN eyepieces. The Fluorescence Microscope has dimensions of 33"x27"x16" and 13"x8"x9". It weighs approximately 120 pounds and offers an upright photo port for photographic/video capability. It has an adjustable phase center and above-stage condenser with moving and focusing knobs and swing-out filters. The microscope also features a stage moving-stop mechanism to protect slides and objectives, a diopter adjustment on ocular, and top light house with filters. The microscope is manufactured under the ISO 9001 control standard and comes with a five-year factory warranty. It has a retail value of more than $38,000 and will be shipped in a factory-sealed box. The microscope is ideal for research-grade inverted microscopy system applications and is designed by the same technicians and on the same production line as optical instruments for Leica, Zeiss, Nikon, and Olympus. In terms of its focus system, it features fine and coarse coaxial focusing, torque adjustment for coarse, and total working distance. The microscope also has a super large working distance condenser NA=0.3 and WD=72mm. Moreover, it includes a 30watt Kohler halogen illumination system with variable brightness, dual side-mounted focusing controls, and a rugged cast alloy frame and stand with a stain-resistant enamel finish.
