If shipping by truck, and your shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, you must make a note on the shipping receipt before signing. Please do not accept a short or damaged shipment without proper notification to the truck driver. If shipping through mail or UPS, and a shipment is damaged or short one or more packages, please call us immediately so we can reship the items and place a claim.
