This is a new spool of 3M embossed tin plated copper electrical shielding tape, type 1345. It has an electrically conductive acrylic adhesive, and can be soldered to at low temperatures ( e.g. the melting point of normal 60\40 tin lead solder ). The tape is 1" ( 2.54 cm ) wide, and the spool is about 18 yards ( 16.45 meters ) long, and the original pink factory seal is intact. The visible tape is all bright and clean, with no evidence of any fingerprints or oxidation. Due to the nature of this item, it is returnable only if the factory seal has not been broken. International Surface Parcel is used because having an air mail package with tracking is almost double the price. If you are wondering why no express services are offered, it is because nobody has ever asked me for them, in the entire time I have sold items on eBay. Also, they have become extremely expensive- such as over $75 USD for even a small light package. You should also know that Canada Post prices are much higher than other countries, because the Canadian Government doesn’t subsidize its postal system operating costs. Other countries do this for the benefit of the economy, but unfortunately Canada Post doesn’t. The postal rate that you pay for shipping is exactly the same rate that I pay at the post office, which is a retail rate. Although the shipping rate is priced in USD, it correctly converts to the equivalent price in CDN, at the current exchange rate.
