These are New unused but the outer box may show wear, all files are clean and straight. I do buy and resale from Estate sales so I cannot guarantee these items come from Smoke free / Pet free homes. I do not wash vintage items (with the exception of some clothing) as to not damage any finishes but try to send in as clean of condition as possible.
