WITH REMOVABLE FACEPLATE AND HYDRAULIC CLAMPING SYSTEM WE HAVE A SECOND 24” DIAGNAL, REMOVABLE FACEPLATE WHICH WE COULD ALSO SHIP WITH IT. High accuracies and load capacities make this rotary table suitable for both machining and inspection applications. Preloaded axial and radial bearing designed to provide high rigidity in both planes. Distortion free clamping is achieved by several, mechanically pre-loaded devices which are hydraulically released. Hand Scraped design with .001 degree Resolution Equipped with High accuracy direct drive Heidenhain angular encoder and powered by a high torque Indramat servo Motor. Contact us for specifications on the encoder or servo motor. Note. This motor and or encoder can be removed and replaced with Fanuc, Mitsubishi or any other manufacture to suit your machine. Our service department can assist with the installation, wiring or integration of this rotary table onto your machine. Originally it was used on a Maho CNC Boring Mill and most recently it was used on a Scharmann CNC Boring Mill but it can be used on any CNC machine. 500 mm square faceplate with qty.
