Delivery & Returns Shipping Free Shipping Offer: Applies only to street addresses in the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and international addresses are available for an additional charge. We ship 5 days a week, Monday-Friday excluding all US holidays. We strive to have orders shipped within 2 days of receiving cleared payment and frequently we get orders out within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment. Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail which we have found to be both highly dependable and the fastest. We offer other methods such as UPS. We do ship most items internationally but please remember this generally takes at least 7 to 14 days but frequently longer. Once we ship your parcel we no longer have any control over the expediency of its delivery. Unless your item is free shipping we do apply 1 nominal handling charge based upon the weight of the item, items & to cover our cost of new boxes if applicable and the labor to pull and package your items. Returns We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return an item. Within 7 days of receipt (up to 14 days) (from the day the goods are received), if you request returning the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions. The products should be sent back in original package, which means not being used (except try out), worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. All returns are at the customers' own expense. We will email you when the item returns to us, and make refund to your account.
