How will you be paying for item, paypal or bank certified check ? All "CERTIFIED" Equipment undergo a Full Master Technician inspection. Charlie's is selective about what equipment makes it into our store and eventually carries the "CERTIFIED" Seal, only a small percentage of the equipment our sales staff evaluate make it onto our sales floor.for residential delivery surcharge (usually $65 - $125).
