This is for a vintage GE DEMAND METER TYPE M-17.   It is marked 120v DC, Int 30 min.  It has a clock-like mechanism marked SANGAMO.  What is here looks pretty good. If it ever had a glass dome , that is now missing and possibly other small parts.  It has the date 2/19/37 hand written on the back side.  I believe this came off the family farm in Nebraska and may have been part of the Rural Electrification Administration, REA , that brought electricity to rural America in the mid-1930s. It is being sold as-is.
