The screw compressor technology allows 100% continuous duty cycle and the reinforced frame eliminates resonance. GX compressors are built for a long lifetime of reliable operation. Reduced energy costs Our GX compressors offer the low energy consumption and high efficiency of a rotary screw compressor. Compared to piston compressors that suffer from increased energy consumption over time, these screw compressors always provide high efficiency. Plug and play installation In addition to boasting a minimum footprint, the GX series discharges cooling air from the top, allowing placement against the wall or in a corner. The tank mounted GX with built-in dryer reduces space requirements even further, making it ideal if you have limited space at your facility. Easy maintenance Service points are grouped together and are accessible through the removable panel. The spin-on oil separator and filter are designed to be easy to maintain. Maintenance is further simplified through information provided on the control panel. Silent operation Atlas Copco supplies GX compressors with full sound enclosures which reduce the sound levels to as low as 61 dB(A). The rotary screw technology minimizes vibration, while optimized cooling air flow enhances quiet operation. Integrated air treatment The GX 2-11 FF is available with an advanced built-in refrigerant air dryer. By cooling the compressed air and removing water before it can enter your compressed air network, it prevents rust in your compressed air piping and avoids damage to your air tools. THIS IS A BRAND NEW MACHINE THAT CARRIES A FULL ATLAS COPCO WARRANTY GLOBAL MACHINE BROKERS IS A CERTIFIED DEALER AND INSTALLER OF ATLAS COPCO COMPRESSORS Worry Free Warranty The bumper-to-bumper warranty lasts for a minimum of 12 months from start-up (which must occur within 6 months or less from delivery) and covers the entire machine against manufacturer's defects. Additionally, on the GA and GX, the air end, motor, cooler, receiver, and variable speed drive are all fully covered for a further 12 months. Should a problem arise, Atlas Copco will provide replacement parts and expert labor, including travel costs, at no charge to the customer. The Complementary Extended Warranty for GX and GA machines Once the standard warranty period expires, a further 36 month extended warranty is available on the GX and GA machines. This limited warranty covers the major components, specifically the motor, air end, cooler, receiver, gear case and variable speed drive. In the event of a problem occurring with any of these covered parts, Atlas Copco will provide replacement parts free of charge. In order to qualify for the standard 12 month bumper-to-bumper warranty, a number of conditions have to be met as detailed below: 1) Start-up (commissioning) must be performed by Atlas Copco or an Authorized Distributor. 2) Machine registration must be completed and returned within 30 days of delivery. 3) The machine has to be maintained and serviced according to the service schedule found in the instruction book. 4) Service intervals can be performed by Atlas Copco, an Authorized Distributor, or the owner of the compressor. 5) Only Atlas Copco genuine parts and lubricants can be used on the machine. 6) All claims have to be filed in a timely manner; 30 days is considered normal. Additionally, some extra conditions need to be met to qualify for the 48 month limited warranty extension: 7) The extended warranty registration form must be submitted within 30 days of start-up. 8) An oil analysis must be performed every 12 months for units operating up to 4,000 hours per year. 9) An oil analysis must be performed every 6 months for units operating more than 4,000 hours per year. --> You will receive an invoice via email or Ebay for the full amount owed, including shipping. Please do not pay until you have received the invoice. Items not paid within 10 days from the end of an auction will be relisted. Payments by check will be held up to 4 days until the check clears. We can ship by LTL, partial or full, van or flatbed, double drop, or export container. Freight costs are to be quoted at the time of sale.
