These are not Chinese imports that get brittle and break under a load. The National Stock Number is 5975-00-451-5001. They were made by the ITC Electronics Corporation in Long Beach, California, USA. These are extreme duty and have a minimum tensile strength of 120 pounds. They are soft and flexible, made from polyamide nylon and are unaffected by cold, heat, water, wear, impact and other terrible things. Each package of these cable ties has 100 ties in it and each has an number from 1 to 100 so they can be used for marking wires. They are curved on the end to allow easier insertion into the lock and the locking clip is the full width of the strap not just a small sliver that are often seen. These are superior to nearly all commercially available ties. They are heat and cold tolerant, approved for use in temperatures -40 to +185 Fahrenheit.
