A buyer can return the item for a full refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase. The bar can take CP cermets or carbide inserts and comes with coolant. However, there are some grind marks on the back of the head, and it appears to be re-black oxidized. This boring bar can fit various tooling brands like Kennametal, Sandvik, Seco, Iscar, Valenite, Sumitomo, and Tungaloy. This product is a USED .760" shank heavy metal boring bar with SCLPR-2 insert that is made in the USA. Despite this, the bar is still fully functional. They describe their products accurately and transparently and encourage customers to ask any questions they may have before purchasing. Although the bar is used, it is not abused and its front-side head and pocket are in great condition. The heavy metal used in manufacturing allows for reduced chatter during use.
