The materials included are one 14" emulsion scoop coater (007001), four 13" squeegees (007307), and four pre-stretched 16"x20" frames with 120 mesh (007266). Additionally, the kit comes with white paste (1 bottle/1.1Lb or 0.5kg), transparent paste (2 bottles/1.1Lb or 0.5kg), and five bottles of pigments (0.44Lb or 200g/bottle) in scarlet, yellow, blue, green, and black. The kit also includes a flash dryer (006042) with 1800W power, four universal wheels for easy movement, and a sturdy design with powder-coated housing to prevent rust. The UV exposure unit (006002) exposes an area of 20" X 24" with eight 160W light tubes. The kit also comes with 20 sheets of A4 Transparency Film, graphics blackening agent (100ml/bottle), photosensitive emulsion (1 set/2.2Lb or 1kg), emulsion remover powder (0.22Lb or 100g/bottle), ghost cream (0.44Lb or 200g/bottle), pallet adhesive (1.1Lb or 0.5kg/bottle), four 1# stainless steel spatulas (007018), and one roll of aluminum foil tape (008433). The 4 Color 1 Station Screen Printing Kit comes with everything needed for a small screen printing workshop. The ASC 4 color 1 station single rotary screen press allows for four color overprinting and making progressive proofs of screen printing business. This machine is versatile as it can print on clothing (especially T-shirts), woven fabric, metal, paper, copybook, plastic, circuit board, wood, glass, ceramic tile, leather, and other plane printing substrates.
