this is for an old power transformer from a tube checker.has no name or part no. on this. i have checked this out and found this is a multi tap.this has a 115v ac input winding. and another winding by it's self 150 volt.there are 12 wires from the transformer,1- common or start wire and 11 others.voltages from the common wire to  1.5v--3v--5v--6.3--9v--13v--9v--25v--33v--50v--110v tapped wires.this has a rotary switch still there ,1pole 12 positions..2 3/4" tall and a 2" core.insulation on the wires are still ok.
