(1)  8 by  3 inch Turner. Sani-Safe by  Dexter Russell. Designed to be rugged for use in a professional kitchen. Can be used to "turn" any meat, fish,eggs or even cake. Great for the griddle or grill. This turner is  stamped "factory seconds" for a few reasons. There is a blemish on the right side of the blade that starts in the right corner (see photo # 7).  And on the backside of the blade, there is also a blemish at the very end of the blade. (see photo #6).  Because they were in a bin with other turners, there are also several  surface scratches.  However all blemishes are cosmetic only. The total of all the blemishes are what would normally occur after using this tool on the line after about 10 minutes. The edges are sharp and crisp and the handle is tight. I personally inspect the turners before buying them from the factory.
